The people in the complex are pretty good about finding a place that is not a parking spot and parking there anyway. During our walks, we frequently see cars not parked appropriately (more frequently at night though).
In Missouri, drivers do not creep into the intersection when waiting to turn left on a green. In Indiana, people do this all the time. Yesterday I was the first car waiting at an intersection coming home from school waiting for the green light. I saw a car creep into the intersection to my left and wait until it was clear before making their left turn. Sure enough, after they turned, I noticed they had Indiana plates. It made me smile to see someone drive like home instead of their crazy idiosyncratic style in Missouri.
